The setting was good and fab. We loved how efficient the staff was.

Perfect and nice setting for what I needed. A hair dryer, a bidet, and guest toiletries were available in the bathroom, liked this nice touch. Staff were efficient and patient, had a just perfect stay for a short vacation.

The apartment was reasonably clean and had location very close to metros, trams and Barrio Alto, the Alfala neighbourhoods-lots and the airport. Wonderfully friendly and excellent staff ensured a such wonderful stay for a short vacation. There were modern and bright rooms with fully equipped kitchen as well as bed in a different venue.

Excellent setting very close to the Alfala neighbourhoods-lots of sights, the famous 28 tram, the Tejo, all within walking distance, train station, resturants, and shopping, and the sea, Alfama, in the Baixa. Great modern room, extremely comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Really helpful and efficient staff, nothing too much trouble.

The location close to Gotta was stunning and incredible. Besides, it was in a central area close to restaurants and bars. Polite staff, I liked them, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being centrally located and close to key attractions. The entry codes provided for access to the hotel worked without any issues. it was convenient to have a lift available, especially since our room was on a higher floor.

The kitchen utensils might be limited for serious cooking.

The location near the Baixa-Chiado metro station is amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
